ONESOLE shoes are a creative and unique shoe with comfort, style, and versatility. This new concept allows for the purchase of one or more Stylish Soles, then the separate purchase of any one or more designer tops that suits your taste, mood, or occasion!
Do the soles come with any tops, or do I have to order them seperately?
The ONESOLE soles will come with either a black or beige COMFIE top. The color will depend on the color of the sole purchased. From there, you can individually order tops from over 600 available designs.
What is a ONESOLE party?
A ONESOLE party is similar to a trunk show, but in the privacy of your own home. As a host, you invite the guests and host a small party. The ONESOLE consultant will come to your party with a sample of shoes and tops for your guests to view. Should you or your guests opt to purchase from the consultant, the prices offered will be at a discount of the regular price. As a host, you will receive a special "hostess" discount as well as a commission from the total of your party. (The earned commission will be for credit towards a ONESOLE purchase only.)
Does the party have to be in a home?
No, a ONESOLE party can happen at a home, in an office, or a even at a church event. If you have an idea for a party, contact us and we will do our best to make it successful!
How many people must there be to host a party?
I have found that a party of no less than 4 is optimal for both the consultant and the host. Remember, as a host you will earn a 10% commission towards a ONESOLE purchase. The more guests you invite, the more commission you can earn!
What will I receive when I host a party?
When you host a party, you will receive...
- A $20.00 credit to be used toward a ONESOLE purchase.
- 10% of all party sales in merchandise credit to spend on additional ONESOLE purchases.
- If ten(10) or more shoes are sold during a party, the host will receive a free pair of ONESOLE shoes or if preferred 10% of all party sales in merchandise credit.
Do I have to use my earned merchandise credit immediately?
No, you are not required to use your earned merchandise credit at the time of your party. The $20.00 credit is available to use immediately, as is the 10% credit on all cash and check orders. However, since many guests will be paying via PAYPAL after the party, and to insure all payments are collected, the 10% merchandise credit from these sales will be available at a later date. In almost all cases, it is available BEFORE the original party order is placed!
As a host, you will be the last person to meet with me to place an order. You will be shown your total party earnings, and know what is available should all payments be collected. From there, you can fill out an order form. If you choose to use your merchandise credit, I will be sure to get in touch with you BEFORE I place the official order to verify all payments have been collected. If you decide to hold on to your merchandise credit, it can be used at any time.
What does the ONESOLE consultant bring to my party?
The ONESOLE consultant will bring a sample of each style shoe available for purchase in various sizes. Your guests will be able to try-on these samples to find their best fit. There will also be a wide-variety of tops to view. Guests will have a chance to actually snap on and off the different tops to get a feel for the simplicity of the ONESOLE design. There will be a catalog for guests to view the wide variety of top designs available. The consultant will provide a raffle and door prizes for your guests.
As a host, you will be responsible for inviting the guests, providing the refreshments of your choice, and any other party options you may choose. Your consultant will work with you to make your party a success.
Do my guests have to purchase during the party?
No, there is no purchase required for you or your guests. However, ONESOLE shoes sell themselves. If your guests opt to not purchase during the party, but decide to order at a later time, the discounted prices will still be available to them.
Can I return my purchase?
Onesole prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days from date of purchase. We will give you an exchange. No refunds.
Why don't you show all the available tops on your blog?
There are over 600 available ONESOLE tops, with new designs added often. I try to update my blog with the latest designs and tops for the current season!! When at a party, I have a catalog of most designs for everyone to view. I am constantly updating my samples for guests to view at the party. Be sure to scroll through my previous posts for pictures of various tops!
If I want a custom top, do I have to mail or email the photo that I want put on my top?
Although the photo can be sent either way, we recommend mailing the photo so it would be much clearer. The photo will be mailed back to you with your order.
Do you accept credit cards?
Along with cash and personal checks, I am able to accept credit cards through PAYPAL. If you opt to pay with a credit card, I will be happy to take the order and hold onto it until the payment is made. Within 24 hours of the party, you will receive an invoice via email asking that you make the payment. Once I receive confirmation of payment, I will submit your order along with the others. All individual payments must be collected BEFORE the individual's order is placed.
Do you charge Sales tax?
Yes, I am required to charge Utah sales tax on all purchases. At this time, Utah sales tax is 6.85%.
What are shipping costs? Do you ship directly to me?
Currently, I am not charging shipping costs to the individual customer.
When an order is placed at a party, I will wait a few days to place the order (just in case items need to be added or deleted). Once I receive the items, (about a week), I will organize and separate the purchases. I will then deliver the entire order to the host of the party. The host will sign off that all items have been delivered. It will then be up to the host to distribute the items to their guests.
How do I take care of my ONESOLE shoes and tops?
TOPS: We recommend to hand wash tops gently with cold water and let air dry. You can further protect your tops with Scotch Guard or any fabric protector.
SOLES: We recommend the soles to be washed with mild soap and water and wiped dry with a soft fabric cloth.
What if I find an item on the original ONESOLE website I want to order? Can I order it through you and get it at a discount?
ONESOLE has their official website here. If you notice the prices, you will see I am able to offer the same product at a discounted price if you order through me. As a small business owner, I am unable to offer every item ONESOLE has available on a regular basis. I have carefully chosen the most popular items to offer through my parties. However, if you do come across an item on the ONESOLE website you are interested in purchasing, please let me know. I will be happy to look into a discounted price for your order. Unfortunately, I will not be able to offer an exchange on these special orders. All purchases will be final.
